Master bedroom
A beautiful suite of rooms, ultra modern in design and includes sumptuous bedroom with super king-sized bed, designer furniture and beautiful built-in wardrobes with dressing area and safety deposit box. The en-suite designer bathroom includes large shower with power showers that you can configure to your own desire, toilet and twin sinks, heated towel rails and large lighted mirror.

Basement  bedrooms
In the basement area the day light is provided through atriums that cut through the centre of the house and provide both natural sunlight and views of the sky. Windowed “Chinese garden” areas separate the bedrooms.

Guest suite …Another wonderful suite of rooms, again modern in design and includes another king-sized bed with matching furniture. Fitted wardrobes and a similar dressing area to the master suite, the bathroom comprises a bath with shower, sinks, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail. Sliding French windows lead into Chinese garden area.

Bedroom 3…Containing 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and additional furniture. Sliding French windows lead into Chinese garden area.

Adjacent to bedroom 3 is a separate bathroom comprising bath, shower, toilet, bidet, sinks, large double mirrors and heated towel rail.

Gymnasium…Bedroom 5 is used as a dedicated gymnasium and the equipment includes a quality rowing machine, x trainer, weights and gym balls. The room is fitted with music centre and ipod station, and a small amount of furniture. Sliding French windows give access to a Chinese garden area.

Office area
Outside of the gymnasium in the area next  to the stairs is the open plan office area. Fully equipped it comprises desk, office chair, filing, shelving and has all of the lighting and electrical facilities you will need. You can link to our printer and the wifi receiver is on the desk. The views are to one of the Chinese garden areas.

Lounge \ diner
A striking space furnished in a very contemporary way with designer furniture from Seville. There is a lovely area moving by steps down from the entrance hall and the cowhide rugs past the dining area and then to the lounge. A sofa, and 2 lovely leather chairs ensure that you can relax whilst watching tv (sky plus and sports) or listening to music (ipod station with quadraphonic sound!!). Beautiful pictures adorn the walls and items of modern contemporary furniture are tastefully positioned around the walls. There is an open log burning fire for the winter months and up lighters provide great atmosphere during the evenings. Large sliding French windows lead on to the covered terrace and a beautiful area to relax and chat.

Separate toilet
Off the entrance hall as you enter the house the smallest room in the house has a toilet and sink.

Kitchen
The bespoke designer kitchen has all you will need to ensure everyone is catered for and includes large fridge, separate freezer, large wine chiller, nespresso automated coffee machine, microwave, hob and oven. As with the rest of the house there are lots of very large windows. There is breakfast seating for 4, a dishwasher and the kitchen is fully equipped in terms of crockery and cutlery. There is a door to the garden (leads to the utility room and washing line area).

Roofed terrace area.
The lounge leads out onto the covered terrace. This is the main area for entertaining in the summer months and is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable sofas, large low level tables, quality wicker chairs and, to the side, modern teak dining furniture including table and seating for 8 people. There is a lovely wooden cupboard which holds additional crockery, cutlery and place settings for el fresco dining, and with the large table lamps and remote controlled outside and pool lighting; this area in the evening has a magical feel.

Pool
The private pool is 8m x 6m and wraps around the house. Steps lead into the shallow area which is 0.6 m deep and the pool is 2m deep at it’s deepest point.

Patio
There is a large patio area which contains 4 sun-loungers, low tables and a beautiful designer cantilever sun umbrella.

Garden
The garden is a mixture of mature shrubs, trees and grassed area and is maintained weekly by “La Marina” staff. There is the beautiful smell of lavender during the summer, lots of colour and a wonderful banana plant adjacent to the pool.

Utility
The back door from the kitchen leads to the lockable utility room which is fully roofed and contains the washing machine, iron and ironing board, sports equipment and toys for the pool.
