Specifications

Master bedroom
A stunning private first floor suite with large bedroom, king size bed, quality contemporary furniture and built-in wardrobes with safety deposit box, superb en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and twin sinks. The bedroom opens onto the private terrace with it’s own furniture and views of the golf course. The room is fully air-conditioned and heated, has shutters fitted on all windows and marble floors to keep you cool in the hot summers.

Ground floor bedrooms
Guest suite …Another superb private suite which opens directly onto the courtyard. The large bedroom has a king size bed, furniture and built-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom containing shower, toilet , bidet and sink. The room is fully air-conditioned and heated, has shutters on the windows and also has marble throughout.
2 further bedrooms…Both containing 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and additional furniture, and of course air-conditioning and heating, window shutters, and marble floors.

Lounge \ diner
A very large and beautiful space furnished to an exceptionally high standard and dining to accommodate 8 people (though you’ll most likely be outside!). The lounge has a working fireplace with log-burner, tv, dvd, hifi, books, cd’s’ dvd’s’ games’, 2 beautiful sofa’s with large low coffee table and other furniture. The room is dressed using quality drapes and curtains, warm colour on the walls, and is air-conditioned and heated with marble flooring. In addition to the main lighting there are free standing up-lighters for evening atmosphere. Large sliding French windows lead on to the extensive terrace with pergola and large private pool.

Kitchen and utility
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted including oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, drier, microwave, and all other appliances and utensils you will need if looking after yourselves.

Ground-floor pergola, terrace and courtyard
The large pergola leads from the lounge and has soft seating for 8 people with occasional tables. Elsewhere on the terrace and courtyard additional seating can be found, high quality sun-loungers and dining  table with 6 chairs. Large planted terracotta pots adorn this area providing a true Mediterranean garden feel and this area has extensive lighting for the evening.

Pool
The private pool is 9m x 4m and is 2m deep at the deep end and steps lead down in the shallow area. The area surrounding the pool is landscaped using pebbles of varying sizes interplanted with shrubs, a small grass area, mature palm trees and a raised area planted with large shrubs to provide summer colour. The garden is easy to look after and is maintained weekly.

Store
There is a lockable store on the terrace which houses 2 x mountain bikes, pool toys and inflatable’s, and 2 sets of decent golf clubs (right handed).
